Job description

Position Title: Internal Wholesaler
Salary Range: $60,000-$100,000 DOE + Bonus or Commission Potential
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help scale a fast-growing, values-driven investment firm with ambitious plans for the future. The Internal Wholesaler will drive adoption of the firm's six proprietary ETFs by building relationships with financial advisors, communicating each fund's value and generating new business through consistent, high-volume outreach. This role is ideal for a polished, tech-savvy sales professional who loves connecting with people, earns trust quickly and brings the ambition, curiosity and attention to detail required to build something meaningful.
Internal Wholesaler Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and RIA professionals
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce the firm's ETFs and generate new business
  • Educate advisors on fund strategies, performance, positioning, and appropriate client applications
  • Promote faith-based ETF solutions to advisors serving clients who want their investments aligned with their values
  • Identify qualified prospects and build a consistent pipeline of new opportunities
  • Follow up with advisors through phone calls, emails, meetings and relationship-building activities
  • Clearly differentiate the firm's ETFs within a competitive investment marketplace
  • Track prospect activity, advisor engagement and sales opportunities using internal systems
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and the ETF team to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Represent the firm professionally at advisor meetings, client events and industry functions

Internal Wholesaler Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Active FINRA Series 7 license required
  • Active FINRA Series 63 or Series 66 license required
  • At least 1 year of financial services, advisory, or investment sales experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and relationship-building skills
  • High level of technical proficiency and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment and strong follow-through
  • Ability to work in the North Charleston office two to three days per week
