Hours of operation of clinic is 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Not accepting Locums candidates.

Able to accept J1 visa candidates, but not H1B candidates.

Accepting new graduate candidates.

Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision.

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

  • Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine - REQUIRED

  • IA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

  • Clean malpractice and license history - PREFERRED

  • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
