About the Role

Natco is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Floor Coverings Product Management team. This hybrid role is based in our West Warwick, RI headquarters.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of our account operations, coordinating import product activities, managing orders, and partnering with internal teams and global suppliers to ensure smooth execution from order setup through delivery.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Product Manager while developing strong business, communication, and problem-solving skills along the way.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary internal coordinator for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate and on-time order processing and delivery 
  • Set up and maintain product and order data, including SKUs, pricing, costs, dimensions, and supplier details for imported products
  • Review vendor and customer orders to confirm specifications, documentation, and compliance requirements 
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Compliance, Operations as well as external suppliers to coordinate orders, timelines, and product readiness 
  • Manage sample requests, packaging approvals, and shipment coordination with suppliers
  • Maintain accurate account records in SharePoint and manage high-volume communications, proactively resolving issues as they arise 
  • Contribute to process improvements and support ongoing team initiatives

What You Bring

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, merchandising, or related field is a plus, but not required 
  • Relevant internship or experience in account coordination, customer service, project coordination, or similar role preferred 
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular); SharePoint experience a plus
  • A proactive, organized, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
