Job Description

The Beauty Tech Americas Internal Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the CIO and the broader IT Leadership Team. This position ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the IT department by combining high-level executive support with strong organizational, communication, and coordination capabilities.

This role serves as a connector and communicator within the IT function — fostering alignment and collaboration. The ideal candidate brings professional maturity, discretion, and a proactive mindset, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.

Executive Management

  • Manage and optimize proactively the CIO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and, leadership sessions
  • Extend scheduling and coordination support to the IT Leadership Team as needed
  • Provide agendas, meeting minutes, attendee lists, links to materials, and action item tracking for key meetings
  • Manage end-to-end travel logistics for the CIO and Leadership including expenses

Organizational Support & Event Planning

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Beauty Tech Americas events, including townhall quarterly events, offsites, and team workshops
  • Manage all logistics: communication, dates, venue selection, attendee lists, and supporting materials
  • Contribute to fostering a sense of belonging and engagement within Beauty Tech Americas by suggesting and implementing community-building initiatives
  • Partner with HR to support IT department culture and engagement activities

Internal Communications, Documentation & Onboarding

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal communications across Beauty Tech Americas
  • Maintain high-quality documents and presentations for IT meetings, budget reviews, strategic sessions
  • Update communication channels and distribution lists and distribute department-wide communications, announcements
  • Coordinate with the HR team to support onboarding of new IT staff, including access setup, orientation scheduling, and welcome communications
Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear and professional communications for diverse audiences
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and learning agility in a constantly evolving corporate landscape

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of  $80,000.00 - $105,000.00.
