Internal Service Coordinator - Mechanicsville KIA
Mechanicsville KIA is looking for a highly organized Internal Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our service and sales departments working together smoothly by managing internal repair orders and ensuring vehicles are ready for the lot in a timely manner.
You'll be working in our brand-new facility alongside a great team culture in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage internal repair orders for used and new vehicle inventory
  • Work closely with the sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle reconditioning
  • Track repair progress and ensure vehicles are completed in a timely manner
  • Communicate with technicians and service advisors regarding repair status
  • Ensure all internal work is properly documented and billed
  • Help maintain an organized workflow within the service department
