Job Description

$18/hr with Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

CLAIMS PROCESSOR

Coordinate and support the processing and handling of claims
Act as a liaison between claimants, vendors, agents and dealerships
Interpret warranty and service contracts, coverage and claim resolutions/issues
Build and maintain relationships with business partners including agents, dealerships, accounts and sales team
Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills
Experience with Vehicle Service Contracts (VSC) is a PLUS

AUTOMOTIVE experience is a PLUS

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years of warranty, claims, call center and customer service experience
Must have experience with Word and Excel
High School Diploma / GED
