Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a skilled and compassionate Geriatric Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Geriatric Primary Care Physician, you will provide primary medical care to elderly patients in our specialized geriatric care facility. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric medicine and a passion for providing quality healthcare to older adults. Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of geriatric patients - Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team - Provide direct medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and medication management - Coordinate and communicate with specialists as needed - Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans - Document patient information accurately and efficiently Requirements: - Medical degree from an accredited medical school - Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine - Valid state medical license - Active DEA registration - Strong knowledge and experience in geriatric medicine - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Join our team at Seasoned Recruitment and make a difference in the lives of our elderly patients. Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited medical school Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Valid state medical license Active DEA registration Strong knowledge and experience in geriatric medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
