We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team! As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee the manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes and output. The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background in the ammunition industry, robust operations management skills, is efficiency-oriented, and can lead a team by setting great examples in work habits and technical knowledge.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, use tools and perform repetitive actions involving frequent bending and stooping.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Visual acuity is required to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect produced parts.
This position may require heavy lifting and physical exertion. Please only apply if you are comfortable with these requirements.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must pass a background check and drug test as per ATF regulations.
Work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team! As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will oversee the manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes and output. Responsibilities
- Ensure, maintain, and continuously improve product quality and output.
- Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing standards and strategically plan for short-term and long-term output goals.
- Work closely with the production team, including training new employees, to maintain high standards and quality.
- Manage any software updates or developments.
- Set and achieve goals for the production team, motivating and engaging your team.
- Manage warehouse activities to ensure efficiency at all stages.
- Maintain accurate inventory, oversee orders and shipments
- Prepare production, warehouse, and industry documentation and manage records.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or a comparable field.
- 3 years or more of experience in Ammunition production.
- Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Efficient team leader who can set and apply goals and maintain overall morale.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable with a high sense of responsibility.
- Long-term goals for career development
