Warehouse Coordinator

Do you work in the construction industry? We are looking to fill our warehouse coordinator position. A good candidate for this position is on that has some construction experience, an appetite for learning, and is looking to get your foot in the door at a growing company.

The Warehouse Coordinator is a key position in the success of our production department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Help source unique or hard-to-find materials or vendors
• Maintain organization and appropriate stock items within the warehouse
• Supplier and subcontractor relations. Help us grow our network so the Project Managers have a pool of resources to produce projects within timeline and budget requirements.
• Emergency services liaison – ensure emergency services trailers are stocked and ready to always go
• Manage tool tracking and accountability program
• Assistance with fleet management and organization – You will have a company vehicle to use during the day.

In addition to the qualities listed above, a successful candidate in this position will also have the following attributes:

• You can multi-task, are proactive, and creative to make the warehouse operations run smoothly
• You are not afraid to talk to people at supply houses, retail locations, etc to help procure additional subcontractors and suppliers.
• You see the big picture and are not afraid to step outside your job description if needed to help the team.
• Have a good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills
• You have a clean driving record and background screen
• Hard worker, look for ways to help the team succeed.
• Humble & Teammate Focused

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes health, vision, dental, life insurance, a retirement savings plan and earned PTO based on service. Pay ranges from $16-$20/hourly and is based on experience.
