Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the completion of maintenance work to include: regular and preventative maintenance programs, regular and preventative AC work, Emergency Preparation and response, oversee third-party work completion and processing work orders. This will require regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs & safety concerns. This position will be in collaboration with Property Management. The Maintenance Supervisor will also facilitate special projects as assigned and oversee the performance of work considering plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, appliance repair, remodeling, HV/AC, refrigeration, replacement flooring, glass and lock assemblies, have knowledge of landscape maintenance.

Essential Basic Requirements:

• 4 years’ experience in commercial maintenance management or supervision.
• Ability to oversee general operations of several commercial properties.
• Experience of preventative and ongoing maintenance of a property; have advanced knowledge of electrical, carpentry, remodeling, dealing with constructions, dealing with vendors, and plumbing, have familiarity with HVAC systems and various appliances; experience in electrical and plumbing.

Additional Requirements:
To perform the job successfully, an individual must have reliable automobile transportation to transport basic tools, materials, and equipment from property to property, and a valid Driver's License and insurance. Must be able and willing to travel to all company locations to carry out maintenance duties and responsibilities.
