EVS CLEANING SPEC

FUNCTION:

Directly responsible for detailed cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Address Zone cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting in a timely and professional manner.

2.Willing to wear appropriate PPE (personal, protective equipment) equipment while performing assigned job duties.

3.Team members must have a good understanding of hard and soft surface cleaning.

4.Team members must be able to operate janitorial equipment as needed. 

5.Regular predictable attendance is required and be motivated daily to maintain set janitorial standards.

6.Team member must adhere to health and OSHA standards.

7.Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state and federal regulations.

8.Communicate effectively with all levels of the Nugget team and guests. 

9.Perform work in a safe manner and maintain a safe environment for team members and guests. 

10.Immediately report unsafe conditions and team member or guest incidents to a member of the management team or Security.

11.Maintain a positive and professional image when performing duties or representing the Nugget and encourage others to do the same.

12.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION LEVEL:

High School diploma or equivalent is required. 

LANGUAGE:

Effectively communicate with others both verbally and in written form using the English language. 

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 years work experience in a casino, hospital or similar environment. 

SPECIAL SKILLS:

Operate janitorial equipment.  Familiar with janitorial chemicals and protocols.
