Responsibilities
- Oversees new product development
- Oversees daily activities of food product development lab
- Lab write ups / project management / paperwork
- Running the lab and working on the plant floor
Requirements
- 4+ years in food environment
- Bachelors degree in food science OR related
- Product development experience
- Creative mindset
- Management / Supervisory experience
