Job Purpose
Plan daily/weekly schedules for Graphic Design team. Responsible for workflow of multiple ongoing Graphic Design projects and quality control.
Duties and Responsibilities
- 40% Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
- 25% Reviewing design, estimation, art proof request forms from our internal design and estimation departments. Preparing and presenting revisions based on internal feedback.
- 25% Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
- 10% Ongoing training / department meetings / weekly progress check in with your manager.
Qualifications
- Prior scheduling experience, 3-5 years.
- Previous trade show or creative products is a plus.
- Excel and Smartsheets is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
