•    Ideally, someone who has previous grounds keeping and sprinkler experience.
•    Have a positive attitude, is detail oriented, fast paced and is a hard worker. 
•    Is a self-starter, can work independently as well as work well with entire staff.
•    Looking for a candidate who can work outside in all types of weather situations such as on hot days and during rain or snow.

Duties to include but not limited to: 
•    Maintain the sprinkler system.
•    Maintain curb appeal of the property.
•    Assist with maintaining cleanliness of common areas.
•    Assist Maintenance, when needed, with make readys or other duties as assigned.
•    May be expected to lift heavy objects for limited amounts of time.
•    Picking up and disposing of trash and debris on the property.
•    Maintaining cleanliness of the trash enclosures.
•    Assisting with painting on the exterior of buildings, fencing and vacant units when needed.
•    During snowstorms, assist in snow removal and spreading of ice melt.
•    Being courteous and professional with residents while providing excellent customer service.
