Summer Custodial/Maintenance Assistant

Looking to hire a summer custodial/maintenance assistant to work 8-hour shifts 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. with half half-hour lunch break and two 15-minute rest breaks. Monday through Thursday beginning June 3 and ending August 22.
Duties include:
· Yard maintenance operating a riding lawnmower and weed eater.
· Assisting maintenance supervisor with minor construction projects
· Moving irrigation lines
· Cleaning Duties
· Moving furniture
· Other duties as delegated by the maintenance supervisor
· Regular and prompt attendance
· Be able to take and follow directions
· Self-starter with independent working skills
