Responsibilities:

Engage in weekly training sessions to assist your skills.
Execute and oversee flexible marketing campaigns (ongoing training provided).
Manage warm leads and incoming inquiries seamlessly (no cold calling necessary!).
Coordinate Phone and Zoom calls with prospective candidates.
Allocate time for your own professional development. Yes, this is part of the role!
