Position Summary
Our Expeditors help keep a smooth workflow between the kitchen and dining area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure communication in the kitchen by calling out orders and getting status on dishes.
Ensure efficient flow of orders from the servers to the kitchen.
Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority.
Assist in final preparation of dishes.
Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines.
Must have a Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada.
Must have Alcohol Awareness Card.
Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
Assist other areas of the restaurant when necessary.
All other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

Prior expo experience is preferred.
Well-organized and ability to lead and direct people.
Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
Candidates must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and communicate effectively.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays.
