To continue offering an exceptional dining experience, we’re seeking experienced and talented Thai Specialty Cooks to join our team, especially during peak hours. If you’re passionate about Thai cuisine and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to have you on board.


Job Description :

· Prepare and cook dishes using advanced knowledge and techniques in Thai cuisine.

· Oversee line cooks to ensure food quality meets established standards.

· Train line cooks in authentic Thai culinary skills.

· Assist in the planning, design, and development of recipes and menus, considering factors such as seasonal ingredient availability and customer demand.

· Determine food presentation styles and create visually appealing food displays.

· Develop and design new authentic Thai drinks and cocktails.

· Inspect both raw and cooked food products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Verify the quantity and quality of received food products.

· Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.

· Determine production schedules and staff requirements to ensure timely service delivery.

· Adhere to sanitary standards and regulations in all kitchen operations.

· Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.

Salary: $41,870/year

Requirement: 24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).
