Job Description:
We are in search of a reliable and motivated Telephone Customer Service Representative to engage with our customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and the ability to navigate various computer systems efficiently. Previous experience in customer service and a strong command of the English language are crucial for this role.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls courteously and professionally.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products, services, and inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Input and update customer information accurately in our database.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service standards.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in telephone customer service or a related field.
Proficiency in computer applications and navigating various software systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
