Our Am Law 100 client is seeking to hire an experienced commercial litigation associate or counsel to join their office in Washington, DC. The position is in their Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice group. The successful candidate will work on matters in that practice group as well as commercial litigation generally.
More than a third of our client’s lawyers are litigators. They have decades of experience representing clients at every level of the trial and appellate courts in our judicial system, in international forums, and mediations, arbitrations, and other methods of alternative dispute resolution.

In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows.
- Washington, DC: $325,000 to $350,000
In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. .

Qualified candidates will have at least 6 to 8 years of commercial litigation experience, including significant experience taking and defending depositions. Hearing and some trial experience is required. Ability to work in a fast paced client-centric environment with a varied caseload involving complex issues is critical. Ideal candidates will be admitted to practice in DC, in addition to VA and/or MD.
