Strategic Planner –Federal Contractor, Veterans Administration Support

Position Description:

Sprezzatura Management Consulting LLC is seeking a results-driven Strategic Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will apply your skills across policy, planning, and administration, to be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic plans that are aligned with our mission to provide transparent and effective solutions to the Veterans Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough market and internal analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives.
• Adapt strategies in response to changing organizational needs and market conditions.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in government contracting, particularly with the Veterans Administration.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Urban Planning, or Public Administration.
