Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling residential properties, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the transaction process. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Duties:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties

- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process

- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices

- Create and maintain listings of available properties

- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements

- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals

- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys

- Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in local regulations

Requirements:

1. Active Real Estate License: Candidates must possess an active real estate license in the State of Texas.

2. Full-Time Commitment: Full-time availability is preferred. If part-time, candidates must be willing to transition to full-time within 120 days.

3. Customer Service Oriented: The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, prioritizing the needs and goals of their clients and providing exceptional service at every stage of the transaction.

4. Strong Work Ethic: Real estate can be demanding and competitive. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to put in the necessary time and effort, and dedication to achieving success.
