We're seeking an AV Team Lead to oversee audio-visual projects and lead a skilled technician team. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong leadership for effective AV system implementation and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support AV technicians to achieve project goals.
- Plan and execute AV projects aligned with organizational objectives, overseeing system installation, configuration, and testing.
- Stay updated on AV technologies, provide guidance, and conduct training sessions.
- Manage relationships with AV equipment vendors, negotiate contracts, and assess performance.
- Implement quality assurance processes for AV systems and maintain comprehensive documentation standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in AV industry preferred.
- Proven leadership in AV project management.
- In-depth knowledge of AV technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
