Job Description

The Kamson Corporation, a top-tier Property Management Company, seeks a Maintenance Technician for our luxury apartment communities in Toms River, NJ. POSITION INCLUDES APARTMENT

Candidate Required Skills:

Hands-on experience within basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry
Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and appliances. HVAC certification is strongly preferred
Must be able to assist with snow removal
Good verbal and written communication skills and great customer service skills are required
Must have own basic tools, valid NJ driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel between properties
A minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines
Able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies
