FRIDAY FROM 5:00PM TO 10:00PM
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 9:00AM TO 5:00PM OR 12:00PM TO 11:00PM
We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Representative to offer exceptional service while the business's sales goals are supported
Client Services Duties and responsibilities
- Answer high volume of emails.
- Gather notes and input them to client files.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Client Services Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Experience as a Client Services Associate or other administrative role in the financial industry a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Exceptional customer service skills
(schedule rotates to have a few weekends off)
Rate: $19
