JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overall management and operational strategy of Charter’s access management program. Drives process simplification efforts, ensures physical security compliance with all aspects of Charter facility access provisioning, and supports new technologies and tools to improve the organization’s security posture. This position will provide a successful level of service to business partners and customers while adhering to policies and procedures throughout the enterprise.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

• Lead a team of access management analysts, managing all aspects of access provisioning, de-provisioning, role management and audits

• Strengthen and mature Charter’s access management capabilities using a defined maturity model and roadmap for continual access management program improvements

• Work closely with CPS leadership to create a project roadmap aligned with departmental goals and coordinate the implementation to ensure appropriate controls are operationalized

• Identify potential security inefficiencies, resolve policy violations, improve processes and partner with cross-functional teams to develop improved solutions for access management

• Develop monitoring and reports on the health, effectiveness and efficiency of access management services and products to ensure the protection of Charter employees and facilities

• Enhance and increase existing service levels to ensure optimum performance and end-user experience

• Support and provide subject matter expertise with access management policies, processes and tools

• Meets with internal customers and management to provide status updates, reports and gather feedback

• Perform other duties as requested

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

• Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with co-workers, customers, and external company personnel in person, on the phone, and in writing in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner

• Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

• Experience leading and motiving others, providing constructive feedback

• Demonstrated ability to meet rigorous deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently

• Knowledge of resource management principles and techniques

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude, diplomatic approach, confidence and comfort around peers and leadership team

• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish rapport, define expectations and gain commitment to project goals and deliverables

• Ability to translate and synthesize data and complex information into compelling narrative

• Ability to make decisions and solve problems collaboratively while working under pressure

• Proficient computer skills and software applications including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Strong understanding of enterprise directories (Active Directory) and service management solutions (Cherwell)

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (PCI DSS)

• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications

Education
Bachelor's degree in in related field, or equivalent experience
