Job Description

Defense Workers' Compensation firm is looking to hire a deposition and medical clerk. Duties would include scheduling medical appointments as well as scheduling depositions for attorneys. Candidate will work closely with the attorneys and legal assistants.

Must be punctual, self-starter and needs little to no supervision.

Responsibilities:

Schedule medical exams and depositions
Scanning documents using current technology
Prepare and sort documents for medical examinations.
Create and maintain logs for follow up purposes.
Review and enter medical updates.

Qualifications:

Previous experience not necessary.
Excellent typing skills
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
