POSITION SUMMARY

Our Marketing Coordinator’s focus is to build awareness around our brand and how our services/products can satisfy new and existing client’s needs in order to drive leads and ultimately increase sales. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Creative Operations Director and works with the leadership team and the Client Services Department to design and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and manage day-to-day marketing efforts. Elite Austin is a local design company in Austin, TX specializing in home staging, furniture leasing, and furniture sales. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about home interiors, design, and residential real estate to join our team!


SCHEDULE, PAY & BENEFITS

  • Full-Time, M-F, 8:30 am - 5 pm (schedule somewhat flexible, occasionally will need to attend a marketing event during evening / on weekend)

Pay:

  • $50,000 - $55,000 base salary + bonus plan
  • Dependent on experience. Opportunity for bonus incentives and growth opportunities.



Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000 dependent on experience + bonus plan

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Following Branding Guidelines, lead the execution of multi-channel marketing projects from start to finish, leveraging our team and driving collaboration
  • Build marketing campaigns to attract new clients + increase sales with existing clients including large home builders, investors/flippers, condo/InstaHome clients, and real estate offices
  • Write and edit copy for marketing efforts including print advertising, social media, and marketing materials
  • Work directly with operations to bridge gaps between marketing and sales operations, and brainstorm and implement strategies
  • Create and review reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies via social media, Google Ad Words, Salesforce, etc. 
  • Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team


DIGITAL MARKETING

  • Create & oversee the entire Elite Austin social media plan, with a specific focus on taking our social media to another level, adding an authentic voice, and interacting with our clients via social media
  • Create and maintain a blog to build our credibility and attract our target audiences
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
  • Basic website maintenance such as updating photos and content 
  • Work with our website developer on more advanced website refreshes
  • Work closely with the design department to implement proper designer lingo and gather content


PRINT MARKETING/ADVERTISING

  • Coordinate print advertising campaigns with local magazines & key advertisers focusing on measurable returns on investment 
  • Design and update printed materials for marketing use such as postcards, leave-behind folders, business cards, etc
  • Source and design Elite Austin promotional items for marketing events and team members
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, such as estimate and email templates, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed


PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY

  • Take informal videos and photos of our team, installs, etc. and to educate our target demographic on our core services + Elite Difference to share on social media & website
  • Coordinate professional videographers + photographers; work closely with them at onsite properties to achieve desired results
  • Identify installs to be photographed or purchase photo rights for Elite Austin's use
  • Manage Elite Austin photo + video files, editing as needed



STRATEGY

  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Stay informed of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Communicate marketing objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the team



EVENTS & PUBLIC RELATIONS

  • Build relationships with the key associations we partner with including Home Builders Association and Austin Apartment Association; increase our involvement to attract new clients
  • Coordinate events including trade shows, hosting & participating in Realtor tours, presentations at real estate offices, etc.
  • Coordinate event logistics including registration and attendee tracking, presentation, materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations
  • Report event ROI data, including tracking the performance of new leads and sales opportunities
  • Maintain lead lists and contacts related to marketing event registrations and attendance
  • Strategize event-specific promotional premiums/swag and conduct quality assurance
  • Provide quality assurance for all event promotions and experiences
  • Public relations-related activities, including occasional public speaking opportunities, with the goal of increasing Elite Austin's brand awareness 
Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Required: 

  • 3+ years of marketing, advertising, or agency experience, ideally in staging, real estate, interior design or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience leading and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience designing digital marketing materials 
  • Must be organized, able to stay on task, prioritize, manage timelines and execute 
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal skills
  • Customer service and goal oriented
  • Positive attitude, action-oriented executor; ability to think outside of the box and problem solve effectively & efficiently
  • Experience with Apple products, and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Expert knowledge of: 
  • Social Media Platforms
  • Canva
  • Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, & Lightroom
  • Mailchimp or other mass-email software

Nice to have: 

  • Professional photography or videography experience, preferably in Real Estate
  • Event Planning / Organization Experience 
  • Comfort with Public Speaking
