We live by the motto that you don’t need a cape to be a hero of everyday moments.   Under the direction of the Elite Experience Manager, the Elite Customer Experience Representative will be expected to provide outstanding customer service and resolution for Cady’s Elite customers by communicating key details to prepare them for their photography presentation. In addition, the Elite Customer Experience Representative will be tasked with converting unsuccessful sales to sales. Customer contacts are made via outbound calling campaigns. This is a full time position within the hours of operation for the Elite Concierge Team, Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.   *A day in the life of an Elite Customer Experience Rep:* * Provide outstanding customer service for CADY’s Elite clients * Generate and maintain excitement before a student’s photography presentation * Answer questions and explain the Elite session process to clients * Keep track of client contacts through calling, emailing, and texting * Represent the CADY brand in the best possible way    *Preferred Qualifications* * High school diploma and/or equivalent * Ability to pass a background check * Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Suite, knowledge of Zendesk is a plus * Extreme attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team *Employee Perks!* * All equipment provided * Weekly pay * State of the art, modern office space with unlimited snacks and beverages * Monthly incentives for top performers Come work for an industry leader dedicated to the top tier customer experience.
