We live by the motto that you donโ€™t need a cape to be a hero of everyday moments.   Under the direction of the Elite Experience Manager, the Elite Customer Experience Representative will be expected to provide outstanding customer service and resolution for Cadyโ€™s Elite customers by communicating key details to prepare them for their photography presentation. In addition, the Elite Customer Experience Representative will be tasked with converting unsuccessful sales to sales. Customer contacts are made via outbound calling campaigns.
