Customer Service Representative (CSR)

BENDER is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our high traffic, fast paced luxury showroom of decorative bath, tile & stone in Norwalk, CT to assist customers. We work hard and smart to ensure we deliver creative solutions for every customer, and excellent service is a top priority. The CSR plays a vital role in our team providing customers with seamless service. The CSR is the primary and proactive point of contact and communication for customers with their post-sale needs and collaborates with sales teammates and other departments to ensure the customer experience is exceptional and upholds the BENDER standard.

Candidate Qualifications:

· Tasteful appearance and presentation

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

· Ability to engage with customers easily and purposefully

· Effective communication and organizational skills

· Possess a positive and cooperative attitude

· High School diploma/GED required (Associate's or Bachelor degree preferred)

· Minimum One (1) year of customer service or Sales experience

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
