Residential Land Development Project Coordinator

Rummel Construction, Inc. is seeking a Residential Land Development Project Coordinator to support our projects in greater Phoenix Metropolitan area.

About You

In our work, details matter. As a Project Coordinator, assigned to our RCCM division, you'll be working hand in hand with the Development Manager and Construction Manager. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and as a team leader, exercising professional judgment and behavior. You'll find yourself in the office but also have the ability to visit the field, watching the work unfold in front of you.

You'll be working on the following:

• Works closely with all Project Management Teams and Owner, and coordinates efforts and activities to meet the project requirements.
• Participates in the resolution of problems when requested by the Project Teams.
• Participates in meetings with project team members as needed
• Prepare permit submission and acquisition.
• Manage plan revisions and distribution to contractors
• Track subcontractor contracts and billings.
• Assist the Development Managers' and Construction Managers' with the initial project start up and project close out.
• Assist with change orders, PO's, WO's & PA's to help streamline consistency with Accounts Receivable and the Field
• Point of contact for Archive maintenance and management.
• Assist project teams with electronic documentation retention.

This position requires the safe operation of a company vehicle and is therefore a safety-sensitive position.
