Job Description
We are seeking a Custodian Part Time to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Immediate Opening:
Monday thru Friday 5:30pm-7:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, pulling trash, office, light vacuuming, exam rooms, breakroom, etc
- Perform monthly, weekly, daily cleaning in medical office
- Organize custodial closets neatly
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, (candidate will be trained )
- Ability to handle physical workload in performing work duties daily
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning
- Strong communication skills, a must!!, also get along with others, and being a team player
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
