POSITION – CMM Programmer

JOB LOCATION – Sussex, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate, 9/16/2022

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift, Monday - Friday

STARTING PAY – $25 to $30+/HR

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE –

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality practices

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience

• CAD software knowledge

• Advanced math skills

• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office products

• CMM Programming experience using PCDMIS or strong skills in utilizing a Faro Arm scanner with Geomagic software is a must.

• Advanced print reading skills including GD&T

• Formal training and experience in metrology and mechanical inspection

Responsibilities

• Write CMM programs using PC-DMIS software from drawing specifications and GD&T callouts

• Utilize Faro Arm scanner with Geomagic software to perform surface and trim profile inspections.

• Conduct full layout inspection in preparation of PPAP docs per AIAG standards

• Prepare detailed inspection docs including FAIR

• Assist engineering team and designers with qualification and validation of new or revised parts

• Gage calibration

• Capability studies and gage R&R

• Write and update procedures as required

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience with CMM Programming experience using PCDMIS or strong skills in utilizing a Faro Arm scanner with Geomagic software is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality practices
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience
