What Your Day Looks Like: Your day is filled with inside sales, outside sales, customer service, and collaboration with the team. You'll go after leads, current & new property portfolios, and get in front of the decision makers to explain the value of our services. You’ll answer emails and phone calls from commercial customers and use your knowledge base to ensure that they get the right products for their needs. You’ll coordinate with our estimating team to provide the customer with an idea of what their costs will be. You’ll schedule onsite assessments, installations, coordinate dropships, and provide the best customer service around. You’re going to be focused on being the main point of contact for the customer from beginning to end.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: The ideal inside/outside commercial sales representative will have two years or more of related sales experience (hardware/software, electrical, etc) in the B2B sector. You’ll have a base knowledge of electrical systems and electric vehicles, even if you don’t drive one yourself. (We’ll give you our specific training, but a working knowledge will be helpful!) Multi-tasking and staying organized will be critical for your success. You’ll be proficient in Google Suite and Copper CRM, as well as experience with Mac computers. Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, strong interpersonal skills, and a problem-solving attitude will set you apart from other candidates.
