Position: Men’s Locker Room Housekeeping Attendant

Summary of Responsibilities

The Men’s Locker Room Housekeeping Attendant will maintain standards of cleanliness in the Men’s Member locker Room while providing excellent customer service to all Members and Guests.

Essential Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:

• Promotes a positive work environment through effective communication and creating a warm and engaging atmosphere.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings with golf and locker room staff members.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the Men’s Member Locker Rooms and restrooms.
• Engage and interact with members, guests, and fellow staff members in a respectful and professional manner.
• Regularly walk through the locker rooms and rest rooms, assessing cleanliness and cleaning when necessary.
• Remove trash and empty dirty laundry.
• Keep supplies stocked including toilet paper, washcloths, and other toiletries.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts in the appropriate uniform.
• Comply with sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with basic repair of vacuums and other items.
• Complete daily assignments and checklists.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs or concerns to manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the PGA Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional or Locker Room Manager.

Required Education:

• High School Graduate

Required Experience/ Qualifications:

• Must be a team player, possess the ability to collaborate and work well with others.
• Must possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain excellent service standards.
• Must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift approximately 25 pounds.
• Must be able to frequently bend, reach, stoop, wipe and climb stairs.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Ability to handle many tasks at once.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work indoors & outdoors, days and evenings.
• Must be able to work weekends and holiday hours.
