Men's Locker Room Supervisor

The Men's Locker Room Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, presentation, and service standards of the men's locker room and lounge areas. This individual ensures an exceptional, discreet, and personalized experience for members and their guests in alignment with the Club's tradition of excellence, professionalism, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, attentive, and anticipatory service to members and guests.
  • Greet members by name whenever possible and maintain familiarity with individual preferences.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member requests, concerns, or special accommodations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Supervise the daily operation of the locker room, lounge, restroom, and shower areas.
  • Ensure the facility is impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
  • Conduct routine inspections to uphold the Club's standards of excellence.
  • Coordinate laundry services, shoe shining, locker assignments, and personal item storage.
  • Oversee inventory levels for amenities, toiletries, towels, and supplies.
  • Oversee guest experience providing guest lockers and facility direction.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise locker room attendants and support staff.
  • Establish clear service expectations and ensure adherence to Club policies and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, respect, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Manage locker assignments and waiting lists.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with Club management, golf operations, and housekeeping departments to ensure seamless service

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment (private club, resort, hotel, or similar).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and personal presentation.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the facility.
