Men’s Locker Room Supervisor

Full-Time | Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club – Tampa, FL

We take great pride in providing a first-class experience to our members and guests. We are currently seeking a professional and attentive Men’s Locker Room Supervisor to join our team.

Position Summary:
The Men’s Locker Room Supervisor plays a key role in providing a welcoming, clean, and well-maintained environment for members and guests. This position is responsible for offering courteous assistance, maintaining locker room facilities, and providing expert shoe care and shining services in keeping with the Club’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist members and guests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the men’s locker room, restroom, showers, and lounge areas.
  • Provide expert shoe care, including cleaning, polishing, shining, and minor repairs.
  • Manage towel and laundry service collecting, washing, drying, folding, and restocking as needed.
  • Maintain and restock all locker room amenities, including toiletries, beverages, and supplies.
  • Assist members with locker assignments, nameplates, and personal items.
  • Monitor supply inventory and communicate replenishment needs to management.
  • Ensure all areas meet the Club’s cleanliness and service standards at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, luxury clubs, or high-end service environments preferred.
  • Shoe care or shoe shining experience required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Friendly, service-oriented demeanor with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and shoe care.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
