In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in delivering accurate project take-offs, scoping out project pricing, and crafting and following up on proposals. Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing drawings, specifications, and RFIs to provide exact on-screen takeoffs. TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute precise and professional takeoffs using on-screen takeoff software like Stack & Procore, ensuring accurate project estimates.
• Foster and maintain effective communication with General Contractors, Developers, Property Owners, Architects, Engineers, and other stakeholders to meet all project specifications.
• Prepare detailed pricing estimates using spreadsheet software, factoring in current material and labor rates for consistency and accuracy.
• Proactively follow up with clients regarding proposals and address any queries or concerns.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects, maintaining high productivity and precision.
• Meet all project deadlines, contributing to successful project completions.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR REMOTE WORK

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with a reliable home office setup.
• Strong self-motivation and discipline to meet project deadlines without direct supervision.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools for teamwork and client interaction.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with a focus on waterproofing and caulking.
• Proficient in interpreting project drawings and specifications attentively.
• Experience with on-screen takeoff software such as Procore and Stack is highly desirable.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other estimating software.
• In-depth understanding of Division 7 specifications, materials, and installation methods is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective contractor, vendor, client, and team interactions.
• Capable of independent work, multitasking, and effective time management to adhere to deadlines.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering precise and high-quality estimates.
