Job Opportunity: Office Assistant (Seasonal)

Location: Juneau, Alaska
Duration: May 1st to October 31st
Salary: $4000 per month + commissions

Responsibilities:

Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls and provide courteous assistance to clients and colleagues.
Data Entry: Utilize our state-of-the-art software to accurately input data for pricing jewelry.
Filing: Maintain organized records and files.
Errands: Run errands efficiently to support office operations.
Sales Skills (Desirable): If you have sales capabilities, its a definite plus!
Tech Savviness: Comfortably navigate digital tools and software.
Accounting: managing day to day accounts of sales and arranging statements for book keeper and accountant.
