Registered Respiratory Therapist

Therapy Staff is now hiring Respiratory Therapists in Pensacola, FL! As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for treating patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. A Respiratory Therapist collects and analyzes sputum, blood, and breath specimens to determine levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases. They also measure the lung capacity of a patient to determine if there is an impairment. We are seeking those who are looking to share their passion and join our team of caring healthcare providers!

Setting: Hospital

Contract Length: 8 weeks

Hours per week: 36

Shift: Days, 7:00am-7:30pm or Nights, 7:00pm-7:30am

Start Date: 8/10/2020 **Start date ASAP

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited respiratory care program
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Florida
• American Heart Association BLS
• Registered Respiratory Therapist Certificate
• 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy
• Working knowledge of respiratory equipment and medical supplies
• Strong leadership skills and a professional attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
