💵 Salary Range: $84,849 to $127,274 (based on years of experience)

Role and Responsibilities:

• 🫀 Lead and manage the Cardiac Progressive Care unit, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with hospital policies and external regulatory guidelines.
• 📅 Full responsibility for the unit's day-to-day operations including patient care, staff management, and maintaining operational and capital budget goals.
• 🌐 Work closely with the Director of Clinical Operations and Vice President of Cardiac Services to ensure seamless operation between the CVOR and CVICU.
• 🔍 Ensure safety and quality of care through strict adherence to safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• 📜 Must hold a current RN license from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
• 🏥 3-5 years of recent acute care leadership experience within a cardiac care unit.
• 💖 Current BCLS and ACLS certification; CCRN, CNA, or CCRN national certification preferred.
