Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Agent to join our growing team!
Will work independently in your own office. Properties consist of 7 communities for a total of 135 units. Properties located in Clearwater and Largo. Aside from Base pay you will have the potential to earn thousands more in commissions every month.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Vacancies, Delinquencies and Communications
- Market available apartments and earn $200 bonus on each unit rented
- Renew current Residents and earn commission on each
- Communicate with Residents to collect delinquencies with a payment plan or email info to attorney for eviction
- Handle Calls, emails and texts
- Enter work orders as needed
- Make sure properties are being tended to appropriately, bring any property issues to owners attention.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing or as a leasing agent
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
