Job Description

The Porter Company is looking for a full-time Sheet Metal fabrication coordinator with previous CAD/CAM experience.

Position Duties:

1. Utilizing planning software to manage incoming releases/orders from the field.

2. Process, QA/QC, and release CAM files for fabrication.

3. Prepare work packages for the shop floor.

4. Manage the fabrication log and schedule.

5. Calculate monthly material cost.

6. Production labor tracking.

Must have skills:

1. 2+ years’ experience with CAD/CAM.

2. Proven organizational / scheduling skills.

3. Good communication and customer service skills.

4. The ability to understand and improve processes.

Bonus Skills:

1. Familiar with Stratus MEP logistic software.

2. Familiar with CAM Duct Program

3. Previous experience within VDC

Compensation Package:

Compensation range 60K to 75K
