To work at this level, the following skills are needed – proven work experience in automotive maintenance and repair, good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, detail-oriented, excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications

Two years in a service department
Must have Texas State Inspection License
Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities
Ability to learn new technology
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Follow Dealer and Manufacture Policies and procedures
Must own tools and tool box
Able to perform Alignments, Machine rotors and perform brake repairs, able to perform fluid services, Manufacture Service Recalls and other related task without supervision.
Reynolds & Reynolds operating and dispatching system. Electronic Multi Point Inspection and Service Price Estimates
Dealer payed training to complete your KIA Certification in order to perform related Manufacture repairs.
Monday -Friday 7am to 5pm & rotating Saturdays 8am -2pm
Air conditioned and heated shop For that crazy Texas weather
