Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in the Food and Beverage industry. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality control standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to meet customer requirements
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar role in a Food and Beverage manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
