Facilities Maintenance Manager

Currently seeking a Facilities Project Manager for one of our food manufacturing clients in the Irving, TX area. This person will management the facilities maintenance department as well as lead and manage capital projects. A bachelor's degree will be required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CapEx Project Management:

   • Lead and manage CapEx projects throughout their lifecycle, from conception to completion.
   • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
   • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues.

2. Plant Layout Design:

   • Utilize AutoCad or Solidworks to create and design plant layouts that optimize space and efficiency.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate various requirements into the layout design.

3. Budget Management:

   • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
   • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to maximize budget efficiency.

4. Project Scheduling:

   • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating tasks and milestones.
   • Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts to ensure project timelines are met.

5. Team Leadership:

   • Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
   • Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing and leading CapEx projects from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency in AutoCad or Solidworks for plant layout design.
• Strong budget management skills with a focus on cost control.
• Excellent project scheduling abilities and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and leading project teams.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
