Warehouse Manager

Mosaic Companies, an industry leader in luxury building products, is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Fort Lauderdale, FL location. The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of our distribution warehouse including warehouse staff, inventory, and warehouse facilities. 

Snapshot of role

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to all warehouse staff for effective and efficient execution of all daily warehouse operations including the following departments –

• Inbound
• Outbound
• eCommerce
• Inventory
• Carrier management
• Order processing

• Responsible for productivity, quality, accuracy, safety, and staffing for the warehouse.
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Maintain maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Set yourself apart

• 5 years of warehouse management experience.

• 10 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience.

• Must have the ability to supervise, manage others, and solve employee issues.

• Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

• Knowledgeable in the following warehouse areas:

• Shipping/Receiving
• Inventory Control
• Equipment Management
• Customer Service
• Carrier Management
• Capacity Management
• Key Performance Indicators
