Position Summary: As an Assistant Manager at Evolve, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with the General Manager, supervise daily tasks, and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities:

Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day tasks, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and handle escalated situations.
Staff Management: Participate in recruitment, training, and performance reviews for team members.
Problem-Solving: Smooth out workplace challenges and address employee and customer concerns.
Efficiency Strategies: Develop strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
Communication: Liaise between managers, customers, and employees via email and phone.
Budget Monitoring: Monitor spending patterns and assist in budget management.
Leadership: Step in for the General Manager when needed, make executive decisions, and hold meetings.
Technology Support: Troubleshoot point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Team Development: Support ongoing learning and foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Passion for wellness and customer satisfaction.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
Proficiency in technology tools and systems.
Availability to fill in for the General Manager as required.

Compensation:

Competitive pay scale based on experience: $18 - $20 per hour.
