Job Description

Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Your Background

Experience as a Commercial Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
Retail experience helpful.
Experience supervising property management staff, including maintenance.
Vendor relations experience.

Your Role in the Company

Supervision of the property management team, maintenance staff and contractors.
Assist Director of Property Management in ensuring that all maintenance and construction projects are completed properly, on-time, and within budget.
Work with tenants regarding build-outs, move-ins/outs, and maintenance issues.
Ensure all incoming statements, invoices and receipts related to property management and company credit cards are processed in a timely manner and coded correctly.
Property inspections.
Special projects.
