Operations Research and Systems Analyst

Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV - Full-time - Not a remote position

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Research and Systems Analyst (ORSA) experienced and trained in statistical modeling and simulation tools to inform data-driven decisions to provide subject matter input, technical support, and test support on a Joint Feasibility Study team.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis throughout the test process.
• Produce clear and concise analysis.
• Manage copious quantities of data, develop strategies, develop metrics, and provide detailed recommendations to team and Project Manager.
• Apply advanced analytical and mathematical techniques to solve complex problems and optimize decision-making.
• Use proven mathematical models and algorithms to assist in decision-making, improve efficiency, and maximize outcomes.
• Bring an analytical mind to bear in strategy and courses of action (COA) development.
• Develop measures of performance and measures of effectiveness for test assessments.
• Effectively communicate implications and recommendations to team and Project Manager.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• 3-5 years' experience conducting ORSA responsibilities.
• Experience developing and applying probability models, statistical inference, simulations, optimization, and economics models to provide quantitative analysis to decision-making.
• Experience performing analysis of alternatives to determine baseline requirements; conduct gap analysis to achieve government's end-state vision.
• Ability to work as a constructive member of a team comprised of military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of applications.
• Sound verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Qualifications/Experience

• Training in the field of Data Science (certification preferred).
• Eight (8) years DoD experience as a military and/or contractor personnel.
• Experience with Joint Test & Evaluation processes.
• Experience developing project and test plans.

Eligibility: Must have current Top-Secret Clearance, SCI eligible
