Job Summary:
Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry. They are seeking an Operations Research Analyst to conduct comprehensive analyses of operational processes, develop mathematical models, prepare analytical reports, and collaborate with teams to enhance operational solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting comprehensive analyses of operational processes and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
• Developing and applying robust mathematical and statistical models to simulate potential scenarios, assess risks, and optimize resource allocation
• Preparing detailed analytical reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement process enhancements and operational solutions aligned with contract requirements
• Monitoring key performance indicators to validate analytical models and ensure sustained operational effectiveness
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10 or more years of experience in an operations research analyst role
• One or more years of experience must be with communication systems, networks, or technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering discipline, computer science or IT discipline, or technical discipline
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement mathematical models and statistical analyses to support operational decision-making and resource optimization
• Proficient in applying quantitative methods, such as simulation, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessment, to evaluate operational performance and identify improvement opportunities

• Possess an Active DoD Secret security clearance
• U.S. citizenship as well as a U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level
